Both Adam and Basia were born and raised in Poland; and came to the USA as teenagers, when their parents decided to move for a better life. It wasn’t easy since both of them did not know any English, and had to learn everything from scratch; from making new friends, starting school to finding a job. There were ups and downs but one thing was obvious, there was no option to give up.
Real Estate is Adam’s true passion; if you would wake him up in the middle of the night and ask a question about real estate, he would be able to answer it 9/10 times, without a doubt. His background in construction helps him better understand and evaluate the condition of the property. He will do everything and anything to solve the problem associated with the property. It wouldn’t be Adam if he would leave a client without a good answer or good solution to a problem. If he doesn’t know it he will find a way to know it. Adam loves to socialize and meet new people, which helps him better understand our clients and their situations. He is just a fun guy to be around.
Basia is a licensed Real Estate Broker, who keeps Modern Times Homes running from the office. She is well organized and pays attention to details, which helps her keep track of things.Basia always makes sure Adam gets to his appointments on time. She also loves interior design. Basia can’t wait to put her hands to work when they find a home that needs a lot of renovations. Working from home gives her the ability to be home with their three sons. There is nothing Basia loves more than her family. Every minute of their free time they spend together doing fun activities.
