We’re Adam and Barbara (“Basia”) Zajkowski, husband and wife, business partners, and parents of three boys.

We grew up in Poland and moved to the U.S. as teenagers. Building a new life taught us the value of persistence, honest work, and treating people with respect.

Adam handles property visits and evaluations, drawing on his construction background. Barbara, a licensed real estate broker, coordinates the details and brings her eye for design to renovation projects.

Our focus is helping homeowners understand their options and making direct sales easier. You’ll work with local people who explain the next step.
